General Terms & Conditions of Ticket Sale All Sales Final All tickets purchased for Lunar Glow – The Blue Moon Party are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, or weather conditions. Event Date & Time The event is scheduled for Saturday, 30th May 2026 from 7:00PM – 12:00AM. Doors open at 7:00PM. Late arrivals will not result in partial refunds. Dress Code This is an All White Affair. Guests are required to adhere to the all-white dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals not appropriately dressed. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Admission Policy Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket confirmation. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue policies. No refunds will be provided. Weather Policy This event will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise determined by management due to safety concerns. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date at the sole discretion of management. Ticket Resale Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased from unofficial sources may be deemed invalid. Event Modifications The organizers reserve the right to modify event programming, entertainment lineup, menu offerings, or logistics without prior notice. Such modifications do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. Liability By purchasing a ticket, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in the event. The organizers, venue, and affiliates shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Photography & Media By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed or recorded. Images and video may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation. Shuttle Transportation Complimentary shuttle service is provided as a courtesy. The organizers are not responsible for missed shuttle departures due to late arrival.
