The Install: Art Exhibition

Booking Confirmation: By submitting the Art Exhibition Booking Form, you agree to book an exhibition space at the specified venue for the dates indicated on the form, subject to availability and approval by the event organizers.

Payment: Payment for the exhibition space must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with the event organizers. Payment is EC $50.00.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the exhibition start date will receive a full refund of the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 7 days prior to the exhibition start date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the exhibition start date.

Exhibition Setup and Breakdown: Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their exhibition space before the start of the exhibition and removing all artwork and materials at the end of the exhibition period. Any damage caused to the venue during setup or breakdown will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. All details of set up will be communicated via the email address and phone number provided.

Artwork Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their artwork during the exhibition period. The event organizers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of artwork or other materials displayed at the exhibition.

Compliance with Regulations: Exhibitors must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event venue, as well as any local laws and regulations pertaining to the display and sale of artwork.
Indemnification: Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue owners, and associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the exhibition.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the policies and mandate of the Department of Creative Economy St.Kitts, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St.Kitts-Nevis.
