Celebrate 30 years of Agricultural Excellence at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Marine Resource (MoAFMR) Open Day, taking place on October 2nd & 3rd, 2025. This two-day Regional Agri-fair features vibrant exhibitions from Farmers, Agri-entrepreneurs, NGOs, and Research Institutions, alongside live farm demos, Agri-tech showcases, Youth Projects, Local Cuisine, and Cultural Performances. Each evening will close with exciting live entertainment, capturing the spirit, rhythm, and Unity of the Caribbean. Guidelines for Vendor Operation

Participating as a vendor at the Open Day provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your products or services to a targeted audience. Here are some guidelines to help successfully navigate your participation in the event:

Registration

1. Ensure that you complete this vendor registration form completely. ALL fields are mandatory, failure to do so may result in your submission not being processed.
2. Kindly indicate how many persons will be accompanying you to execute your display on the days of the event. A maximum of three (3) additional persons are allowed.
3. Open Spaces are limited to 10x10 measurements ONLY. Should more space be required please note the cost will be double that of the 10ft x 10ft space allotted.
4. Registration will be CLOSED on the 12th September 2025 at 3PM.

Set Up:

1. Please note that the MoAFMR holds the right to assign vendor spaces; assigned spaces and tents are FINAL and CANNOT be amended.
2. Vendor set up will begin on Monday 29th September 2025 at 9:00 AM and ends on Wednesday 1st October, 2025 at 8:00PM.
3. No Vehicular traffic will be permitted to enter the Open day Grounds for set up after the deadline.
4. Security will be provided 24/7 for the duration of the event.
5. All approved vendors will be issued access ID cards for entry through service gates (only). Please note that without such, entry will NOT be permitted.

Prohibited items: ALL vendors are prohibited from the sale of the following items for the entire duration of Open Day:

1. ALL Brewery manufactured products including alcoholic beverages. (e.g. Beers, soft drinks, etc.)
2. ALL acholic spirits including dark and light liquor. (e.g. Vodka, Johnny walker, etc.)
