Ticket Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry 1.1 All tickets must be purchased through the official event platform or authorized sellers. 1.2 A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Digital and printed copies are accepted. 1.3 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless specified otherwise by the event organizers. 1.4 Entry will only be granted to individuals aged 18 and above.
2. Event Access & Conduct 2.1 Attendees must adhere to the event schedule and guidelines set by the organizers. 2.2 The event is a professional networking environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or solicitation outside of designated networking areas is prohibited. 2.3 Dress code: Business casual or cocktail attire is required.
3. Liability & Responsibility 3.1 The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 3.2 Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur at the event. 3.3 Any damages caused to venue property by an attendee will be the responsibility of that individual.
4. Photography & Media Consent 4.1 By attending, guests consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. 4.2 Attendees who do not wish to be included in media coverage must inform the event staff upon arrival.
5. Cancellations & Changes 5.1 The event organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. 5.2 If the event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued if the event is fully cancelled.
6. Alcohol & Responsible Drinking 6.1 Alcohol will be served at the event. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. 6.2 The organizers and venue staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any attendee who appears intoxicated.
7. Privacy & Data Protection 7.1 Attendee information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and marketing, in line with data protection laws.
8. Agreement By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who fails to comply.
