Terms and Conditions for Island Vibez Event Presented by Vivid PromotionZ April 5, 2025 | Nevis Cultural Village Admission and Payment Entry to the Island Vibez event requires payment in cash at the venue. No other payment methods will be accepted. General admission: $80 EC (early bird), $90 EC (late bird), $100 EC (at the gate). Tickets are available for purchase at Culturama Secretariat until sold out. Early bird pricing ends March 21, 2025. No Refunds Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the event, artist lineup changes, or personal scheduling conflicts. Artist Lineup The event lineup is as advertised, featuring Etana and Caribbean acts, including Small Axe Band, Grand Masters Band, Blackstone Family, Deejay Smudge, DJ Wenty, and AkaiiUSweet, with hosts Jaedee Caines and Sugar Bowl. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Vivid PromotionZ reserves the right to swap or replace artists without prior notice. Attendees are not entitled to refunds or compensation for lineup changes. Event Date and Acts of God The event is scheduled for April 5, 2025, at Nevis Cultural Village. In the event of an "Act of God" (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or other uncontrollable circumstances), Vivid PromotionZ reserves the right to reschedule the event to a later date. Ticket holders will be notified of the new date, and tickets will remain valid. No refunds will be issued for rescheduling. Event Conduct and Safety Attendees must adhere to the event theme, "Black & Crocs," for a chance to win prizes. Vivid PromotionZ and Nevis Cultural Village are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, or for any personal injury sustained during the event. Attendees must comply with venue security protocols, including bag checks and prohibited items (e.g., weapons, outside food/drinks). Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Photography and Media By attending, you consent to being photographed or record.
